Please choose one of two consultation models:

Abbreviated Model: 1 hour interview covering Rx/OTC medications, dietary supplements, nutrition; along with a 2-3 page written report summarizing Dr. Rosenbaum's recommendations for your ready reference, and to share with your primary care doctor - Fee $109

Seven Balance Point Healing Model (Recommended): 1&1/2 hour interview covering Rx/OTC medications, dietary supplements/nutrition, sleep, exercise, emotional, social, spiritual health, along with a 3-4 page written report summarizing Dr. Rosenbaum's recommendations for your ready reference, and to share with your primary care doctor - Fee $149

Senior citizens over 65 years of age receive a 10% discount on the seven balance point healing model service option. 

Couples' consultations are available (same session, two people consulted simultaneously) for $285 per 1 hour session.   

Fees are payable in full by check or cash at the time of the service.  With regret, we do not accept major credit cards.  Services are not covered by insurance, but fees may be submitted via invoice to your flexible spending account.

If you are taking any herbs, vitamins, or other dietary supplements, it is very helpful if you bring the actual products to your interview so Dr. Rosenbaum can comment on quality-realted issues by examinig the bottle brands and their contents.
